IT Support Services
Business Users
We can provide your business with the IT support it requires in the form of 2 packages,
- A simple no call out fee agreement, which is based on a hourly fee for us to come to you and resolve your IT issues.
- A maintenance contract for online and on-site maintenance,
we will install software on you machines which allows us remote access
to diagnose and repair software problems 24 Hrs a day. We can also provide
a 24hr support service for onsite repairs to any faulty hardware, with
prices starting at £10 per month per PC (Minimum business contract
of 12 moths applies).
Our current hourly rate for Business users is £25 Per Hour + VAT, this is the fee that we charge for any work we undertake in your place of work for business reasons, hourly chargeable services we provide include computer installations and maintenance including cleanups, PC repairs and upgrades, software installation, internet & e-mail Setup, and IT Support.
Please note we are fully insured for working within your premises and on your systems.
Business client fees can be reduced to our private individual rate for regular business clients who would like to retain our services for a minimum 7 hours a week over a 10 week contract, or for contracts of more than two working weeks in duration (80 Hrs).
Business Network Installations
- Is your business expending, or have you moved to new
facilities and need a networking solution for your IT services, we would
be happy to help you. We can provide everything from servers to switches,
along with fully guaranteed network wiring installations. We can do any
size of network from one room to a whole building, please feel free to

Our Current Fees for private (Home) Users are as follows.

- No Fix No Fee, If we can not repair it we will not charge you, other than our call out charge if outside the local area, (Please note however if we can repiar you system but you choose not to we reserve the right to charge a small admin fee for our diagnistic services of £25)
- No call out charge within 10 Mile radius of our base
in Consett, 10-20 mile = £35 callout charge, 20-30 mile = £50 callout,
30 miles plus, please contact us for details.
